Have you checked out the Wellness Center classes? Even with a cold and icy day, the Wellness Center gives you a place to MOVE! You can start your day with Catherine Gilson for a Butts and Guts workout or Step Aerobics or you might choose Anna Kerns and a Cardio Crazy class. If you need something a little less energetic, try Body Well. You'll also find piloxing, cardio strength and yoga. Lots of ways to MOVE!
