Flash Mob

Flash Mob Wednesday at the Wellness Center!  Mark your calendar and join us for a Blue Zone evening. We'll start to gather at 7:30 p.m.  Anna Kerns will be there to tell us what to do.  The Blue Zone committee will have blue gloves for all of you.  Wear blue if you have it, but if not, wear anything.  Blue jeans would be great.   One caveat...Sacred Heart's Christmas program will be on stage at the Williams Performing Arts Center so we will need to be quiet in the hallways so we don't interfere with the children's program.  At 8:00 p.m., those Sacred Heart parents and students are welcome to join us and we hope they do.  High School students from Nick Schauff's Mass Media class will video tape our Flash Mob.  If this turns out the way we hope, we will upload to You Tube - and no - we won't take close ups of individuals...unless you want us to do that.   Anna says that the moves she will show us are easy to learn.  I needed to hear that!  Bring your family and dance for Blue Zones!
